The Thomas apartment offers a ground floor with an attic, where the ground floor has a kitchenette, a living area and a bathroom. There is a spacious bedroom in the attic. In the apartment, it is possible to unfold a leather sofa, which becomes a full-fledged extra bed (for up to 2 people). The price of the stay includes BREAKFAST and an outdoor Kneipp path (only in the summer months), a multi-purpose court (tennis, volleyball), a WEBER electric grill, and the possibility of using a petanque court or balls for children.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby.

The apartment is freshly painted and equipped with new furniture, ready to offer comfort for both short and long stays. Apartment equipment: - bedroom with new beds (180x200 and 90x200) - living room with fully equipped kitchen - Wi-Fi and Smart TV - bathroom with bathtub and washing machine - small balcony 5th floor without elevator. No smoking and no parties in the apartment. No pets allowed.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
