Monthly Rentals in Turtle Mound

Omg this place was amazing!!!! Super fun spot! The kayak and paddle boat were so cute on the canal! Loved the lights everywhere ❤️ Tia told us when the rockets were launching!

We had such a wonderful stay. The farm house is right next to the owners’ house, but you don’t have to interact with them at all. This is a perfect location to get to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge ( we came to see the bioluminescence). The area where this Airbnb is located is sooo peaceful and rustic. You hear birds, cicadas, and even rooster in the morning. The Airbnb is air conditioned. The bunk beds were really spacious and can fit two reasonably sized people per bunk. The owner is responsive and proactive, giving you all the information you need well in advance. You also don’t need to do much at all to check out (like strip the bed) which was such a plus. Highly recommend!

Great cozy, well furnished home in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood!

My wife and I stayed 5 weeks in Julianne's place and really enjoyed our stay. The place is ideally located between the beach side and lagoon side in New Smyrna, with both being a couple of blocks away. A short walk away is a dolphin, manatee hang-out area, where you can see them playing and frolicking (and harassing the pelicans :-) ) If you walk a little further down to the popular JB's restaurant, there is a second dolphin hang-out place, as well as kayak rentals. You can paddle around the coast, and the dolphins will come up almost next to your kayak. Just a mile away is the Canaveral natural park, where you can find pristine beaches with no developments anywhere around. Since there are no buildings, the pelicans fly so low, you can almost count their feathers! Our only regret is that in the interest of packing light, we only brought our compact cameras, but we still managed to get some awesome footage. Next time, we'll be sure to bring our larger camera gear!
