The 140 m² mountain chalet with a 33 m² terrace at 1,795 m above sea level can accommodate up to 6 guests. The ski bus and restaurant are only 100 m away, and you can reach the ski slope in about 5 minutes. In summer, the mountain lake, hiking trails and alpine air are enticing, and in the evening the fireplace provides coziness.

Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special.
