Vacation rentals with a patio in Tugare

Jelena is very lovely girl. She is very helpful in any matter. Her response comes always quickly. The place is very idyllic. The view from the balcony and terrace is incredible. The beach, bus stop, supermarket and restaurants are very close to the flat.

Ana’s place was perfect for what we needed! It was in a quiet area with walking distance away from the town and the stores. Ana was also very responsive and proactive with her communication!

The location of the apartment was great and the apartment was perfectly equipped. The kitchen even had basic food, spices and detergents ready. In addition, there were fruits, homemade bread, pastries and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Petar is a great host. His service, kindness and response speed to messages is really good. Even the parking fee for the car on the street was taken care of in advance for the entire rental period. Really excellent service. We can recommend 100%.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

Brand new apartment, very clean, easy to access with a beautiful view of the islands and the Adriatic, very well located in relation to the different places we wanted to visit. I recommend it.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

The vacation home is fantastic. the location, the Ppol, and very quiet. It is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - and more. The hosts are very friendly, we felt welcome right away. Despite a late arrival due to flight delay, we were warmly welcomed personally. The neighbors, the parents of the landlords are also very dear people! From the house you can take nice walks. 100% recommendation and thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

Great accommodation and the facilities were great.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

Wow! What a villa! If you want a peaceful, private, idyllic setting for a holiday then look no further. The pictures simply don’t do this property justice! Petra was helpful throughout and very responsive - an amazing host! Excellent facilities including private pool and outdoor cooking area perfect for 4/5 people! A car is essential as the property is high on a mountain side, which can also attract a few clouds in the mornings - but doesn’t impact your holiday at all. We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

I highly recommend everyone to choose this listing! The apartment looks even better than the photos. The balcony stole our heart, a beautiful view, and plenty of space to relax. Very close to everything. Very good contact with Marina, always helpful. It was nice to spend a vacation in such a beautiful place.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Perfect stay in Dugi Rat in Mireli's apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet with the beach, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Mirela is a very kind and helpful host. I would definitely recommend her apartment.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.
