Quiet location and ability to park 2 trucks and trailers. Looking to get right on to the ATV trials, this will let you ride right from the property. No issues and if your needing basic accommodations this will do just fine. Restaurants are close by including the Looney Goose Gastropub, which is on the same road (great owners and good food). All in all, just what we needed. Do note the access to the second floor, as it's a spiral staircase, but not a big deal once you do it a couple of times.

This cabin is nestled in the woods providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere, yet its 2 mins from town so anything you might need is conveniently located. The cabin is adorable, the outdoor space with the fire pit is perfect for enjoying a campfire, and the trails right behind the cabin are so convenient for nature lovers.

Modern, new, fun place to stay in Boonville. Our son will play for the Boonville Lumberjacks this summer, we were looking for a new modern Airbnb. Love the Brides Maids image in the bathroom. "Look away!" The kitchen was modern, had plenty of appliances/utensils. Beds were comfy. Sheets seemed clean. Bathroom was nice, the toilet is a low flow toilet, so you have to hold the handle down long to flush. Shower was pleasant, but there's no place to put toiletries, so you have to set your shower gear on the shower floor. Washer/dryer worked great. Option of garage is nice. Place is well lit at night. I suggest window coverings/modern blinds as the sun wakes you up pretty early and with no coverings, privacy lacks. I would stay again. For the price, it's kind of a bummer you have to start a load of laundry as part of the checkout process. No closets or a luggage rack, so I had to put my luggage on the floor and get my clothes, etc. from the floor. Wish bedrooms had TVs. Main TV works great.
