Close to many restaurants/bars in the area, directly on the snowmobile trail system, across the street from the ATV trails of Tug Hill. Close to the towns of Lyons Falls, Brantingham and Martinsburg. New expanded parking with fire pit, charcoal grill and corn hole boards. New microwave in kitchen.

This secluded three-bedroom home, situated right on the atv trail system. Plenty of parking space. Over four acres of private land with an enormous lawn that’s all yours to enjoy! With so many things to do in the area, there is something for everyone! The Adirondack Park border is just a miles up the road. There are many hiking trails and horse riding trails nearby as well. Rivers and Lakes to kayak, canoe, fish or swim in are in abundance here. You can also just relax!

Quiet, private, on atv trail. With a large pond. Close to Snow ridge for skiing. Old forge a short drive away approximately 30 min. Steak and brew restaurant only miles away. Fishing , hiking also close.Beautiful perennial gardens. Large yard. Secluded on 5 acres. The cabin is approximately 150 ft from the rd. We are dog friendly. Come stay. You won't be disappointed.
