Emmanuel is a SUPERHOST. I had the best experience ever as a traveler. He arranged for my pickup from the SGR. By the time I arrived in Mombasa, I had all instructions to access the apt. The place was just as seen in the photos, pristine spotless clean. The bed sheets & towels were changed at free cost. The cleaners were thorough and very respectful. Emmanuel went above and beyond excellence to make my stay memorable. He even introduced me to a delivery person, so I was never hungry. At some point, the microwave stopped working & within no time, it was replaced with a new one. I have never seen this kind of efficiency. Communicating with Emmanuel via text or calls was top notch with quick responses. Customer service satisfaction is AAA+++. To sum up, Emmanuel is the BEST AIRBNB HOST. He deserves an excellence award. He serves with passion, compassion, is unbeatable & incomparable. I will definitely be staying at his place again and also recommend him to others. David was an amazingl host. very responsive at any time. and would go out of his way to offer solutions. the house is strategically located to so many fun activities like go kart, wild waters and nguuni sanctuary. can't recommend the place enough
