This beautifully remodeled guest casita is centrally-located within Tucson. Walking distance to the Tucson Mall, the loop, many restaurants and parks. The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

TV in living room and one in the master bedroom. TV's are set up for those who have access to Netflix, Roku, etc. No local TV channels are available. Free WI-FI. Beds are comfortable. Within 2 miles are restaurants and shopping area with brand name stores. Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, and other eating places nearby.

Enjoy a resort-style experience at this centrally-located Mission-style home, walking distance to downtown, the Mercado and many shops and restaurants. Five-minute walk to the streetcar which is free and will take you to all Tucson’s entertainment districts — 4th Avenue, downtown, University, etc. But really, you may not want to leave this home at all.
