Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live.
