Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tsoutsouros

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the downtown area and harbour, but also quiet at night and not too busy. It was an easy ride from the airport and the location is also very close to the highway so it’s easy to head to the beach or other towns! Also good local bakeries and gyros in the area! :)

The apartment is super well equipped, everything is brand new and exactly as in the pictures. We especially loved the location - close to anywhere you want to go but still in a quiet residential street. No bars or noisy tourists on that street. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay at Katerina's place. Katerina was kind enough to meet us for check-in and show us around the place. The apartment was even nicer than the photos suggest - everything was pristinely clean and the view out to the sea was stunning. Every day we were treated to a greeting from her 15+ cats and her lovely dog Markos who really made the trip even more memorable. Katerina is so kind, a wonderful host, and made us feel like the apartment was our home for the four days we were there. She even brought us homemade cake on our check out. We would highly highly recommend Katerina's place and would absolutely stay again.

Michalis’ apartment had everything we wanted and more. The washer/dryer was a huge plus. This is a great location with most things in walking distance and many parking lots nearby. We had trouble opening the lock box to get the keys but Michalis answered instantly and helped us right away. Very responsive host and clean apartment - would definitely stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect. We were close to all amenities and we were able to explore most everything on foot. The unit itself was large and beautiful and gave each of us our own space. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this place again!’

This was such an amazing place to stay. If we had not stayed here, we would not have known this area of Heraklion existed. It's in a pedestrian area with lots of shopping. No car needed. The host was really amazing and helpful to us with so many things, and was always very quick with her responses and communication. She really spoiled us with the amenities. Emmanuel and Eirini are the absolute best hosts. Real people with real hearts and hospitality. Location of the property is only 60 steps to the beach and shops, which was ideal for us. The property had everything we needed and felt like a home from home. Agia Pelagia is a lovely town, which was just perfect for us.

Pasiphae House was something out of a dream! It was beautifully designed in the traditional Crete Village homes style. The location is isolate in the mountains, but amongst a great community of people. We were greeted by Yianna and Koula that gave us the walk through of the house, and we're always in constant communication. Ioanna supplied us with a long list of things to do and try in the area which we took full advantage of. Overall it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the apartment which was very well equipped and clean as it seems in foto. In case that I would make to come to Heraklion I would choose the same place, so from the heart I would recommend to others who come. Whether as a family or friends!

Marilou is very attentive to ensure impeccable service: many products provided, very regular maintenance, cleaning and linen change. We would highly recommend.

Great AirBnB, we felt very comfortable! The apartment is super nice and tastefully furnished, it is very clean and it has everything you need. The hot tub is a dream, especially in the spring when it is still cool in the evening! You can easily walk to the village, where there are two supermarkets, a bakery and many restaurants. The only small drawback is the road, which you can hear, but fortunately it is not excessively busy. Nikos lives next door and was always available by message, everything very friendly and uncomplicated.

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

We had a great stay here for our first week in Crete. The property is really nicely furnished and the views are absolutely stunning, both from the large balcony and the private rooftop space. The location was excellent for us, being in a very quiet neighbourhood but within a 3 minute walk from a lovely quiet beach, 10 minute walk from a larger sandy beach, and about 10 minute walk into the main town area which had lots of nice restaurants and shops. We loved watching the sun rise and having breakfast on the outdoor seating on the balcony each day. That view is beautiful. We also used the jacuzzi on the roof top several times. A great stay and we would certainly return and stay again.

We had a wonderful week staying in Michalis’ apartment. Views from both balconies from Apartment Two were spectacular, panoramic of the Amari Valley and Mount Ida still snow capped in the background. The apartment was immaculate and suited our needs very well. Any additional requests were dealt with swiftly. We mainly catered for ourselves in the morning and had two lovely breakfasts in Michalis’ Taverna. Meronas is a pretty village and enjoyed meals at Taverna’s Alona & Moschovolies. There was great hiking from the doorstep and only a short drive to Patsos Gorge. There is an excellent patisserie and supermarket in Gerikari a short drive away and supermarkets and pharmacy in Agia Fotini, 2.5 km away. We stayed end of April which was great as not too hot to hike but be aware many Taverna’s closed this time of year as off season. Would highly recommend a stay at Michalis’ apartments, another unforgettable holiday for us!

Yannis the owner was super friendly. The arrival was even during nighttime available. In the next morning he was giving good advises in which restaurants, bars, activities and sightseeings to do in crete. The recommendations was always spot on perfect! The accomodation was flawless. it has a small fridge, a washing mashine, a whole kitchen. The bed was really comfortable including an AC which comes pretty handy during hot summer. Blankets, Toilet paper, Soap, Towels, etc has Yannis all on stock, so there is no need to worry about it. Perfect accomodation. Definetely will come back here!

Maria is a wonderful host. I enjoyed her place, the area and the culture of Crete. I will definitely be coming back.

I booked the apartment for my father. The landlord was very friendly and waited for us in the apartment in advance, and took my father to introduce the room and the surrounding area for more than half an hour. In the case of language barriers, communication through translation software was very good. My father was very happy and asked me to convey his gratitude. I recommend it to all friends who go there!

Our family absolutely loved this place and honestly wished we had booked it for more than one night. Each room had its own air conditioner, which made sleeping very comfortable. With two bathrooms, it was perfect for our family of five—no waiting in line! One standout feature was the large, comfy couch where we could all relax together in the living room. The space felt modern, recently updated, and was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches throughout the home. It’s an easy walk to both restaurants and the beach, which was a huge plus. The host was incredibly kind and even left us breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We would absolutely stay here again—no hesitation!

Irini’s place is very convenient for staying a few days in Heraklion, especially if you need parking. It was easy to find, an easy walk to the centre, and Irini’s communication was clear and proactive. We asked for some nearby taverna recommendations from Irini and had the best meal of our Crete holiday just down the street from the apartment. We’d definitely recommend this spot.

Wonderful Stay – Felt Just Like Home! We had an amazing experience staying at this lovely house near the center of Heraklion in Crete. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the town center, even with a stroller, which made exploring the area so convenient. The house itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, and more. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living room was cozy and welcoming, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day out. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to return in the future, especially since we have family living nearby. Highly recommended—such a great place to stay
