The private pool (2,5m x 4,5m) can be heated for an additional daily fee upon arrangement with the host. The air-conditioned accommodation is 42 km from Heraklio Town, and our guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking. The neighborhood is rather quiet, privacy is definitely given.

Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
