In the heart of the mountains, this apartment offers a warm and quiet refuge from the endless expanse of snow and ice. The view is stunning, stretching beyond comprehension, a reminder of nature’s vast, silent presence. Inside, the space is dry, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which holds everything one might need after a day spent carving through the frozen landscape. The hosts, kind and welcoming, even conjured a fire one night, inviting us to gather around, roasting marshmallows beneath the indifferent stars. For the children, toys and games provided small joys and family time. Shops were close by, offering the comforts of civilisation. By day, we threw ourselves down the mountains, surrendering to speed and gravity. By night, we returned here—warm, safe, and at peace. A perfect base for adventure and escape.

Ich war in dem Holzhaus, da ich selbst eines errichten lassen möchte. Es hat mich interessiert, wie es sich anfühlt, in so einem Haus zu sein. Damit hatte ich schon einige Erwartungen, da ich mich selbst mit natürlicher Bauweise und Minimalismus beschäftige und selbst ein biologisches, altes Haus aus Stein bewohne. Es war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis in dem Zinipi-Haus. Mit den Wänden aus Holz habe ich mich in dem Haus gut geschützt gefühlt und doch sehr innig verbunden mit der Natur. Mein nächstes Haus wird ein Holzhaus. ;-) Danke, dass ich in dem Haus sein konnte.

Casa de la Paz - moderne 160qm FeWo in der Natur

Wir verbrachten über die Neujahrstage eine tolle Zeit im Casa de la Paz mit unseren beiden Golden Retrievern. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich riesig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf die Berge und den See aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich sowie dem Panoramaschlafzimmer ist fantastisch. Das große Badezimmer mit moderner Dusche und Badewanne ist hervorragend, auch wenn es im Winter manchmal etwas kühl für unseren Geschmack ist. Die Wohnung hat jedoch nur eine Toilette, die sich nicht im Bad befindet. Das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm, nur unerwartet. :) Als Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen in und um Kärnten ist die Lage wirklich super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Lage klasse – ruhig und etwas abgelegen an einem Berghang, direkt am Feld. Für uns als Hundebesitzer ist das ein Traum. Andrea und Domenik sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Dies war unser vierter Aufenthalt bei Simone und es hat wieder alles zu 100% gepasst. Alles sehr sauber, ein große Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein herrlich duftendes und liebevolles dekoriertes Schlafzimmer Wir kommen natürlich sehr gerne wieder ☺️

Really enjoyed our stay! wifi for some remote work worked great, amazing that we could bring our dog, really nice natural light and parking right outside. unfortunately Airbnb shoes the location differently when booking so that was confusing. otherwise a great place!

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und war genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten – wenn nicht sogar mehr! Besonders der direkte Seezugang mit den SUPs war ein echtes Highlight. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig, sehr sauber und gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Norbert war ein toller Gastgeber: hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Terrassen-Ferienwohnung mit TRAUMHAFTER AUSSICHT

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Franziska sehr genießen können: In einer gemütlichen Wohnung war alles zu finden, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht; die Terasse mit großartigem Blick auf den Millstätter See und von Franziska liebevoll gepflegtem bunt blühendem Hangbeet mochte man gar nicht verlassen. Langweilig konnte es in dieser schönen Gegend nie werden: Wandern, Schwimmen (Wassertemperatur 25 Grad!), Ausflüge in nette kleine Städte, Ausstellungen, internationaler Chorwettbewerb, ... Franziska war bestens informiert und konnte uns gut beraten. Besonderes Highlight: eine Einladung zum Abendessen gemeinsam mit der sehr netten Nachbarschaft, bei dem wir köstlich zubereitete von Franziska selbst gesammelte Pfifferlinge genießen durften. Wir waren uns einig: Franziska ist die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je hatten!
