Our apartment is close to the city center (1.2 km), train station (850 m), airport (3.3 km). You do not need a car. There is a supermarket and bakery in the neighborhood. The city center (market square) is a 15-minute walk. You'll feel right at home. You live climate-neutral. Our place (about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive amenities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently limited in use.

In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

You won't soon forget your time in the tiny house. Kitchen , bathroom with shower and toilet,floor heating , wood stove . Next to the horse pasture and very close to the A7 between Ulm and Memmingen . We are a farm with horses , a therapy cow , dog, cat and chickens . Memmingen with its romantic old town invites you to stroll and stop. Horsemanship, herbal classes or cuddles can be booked. Breakfast on request!
