The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

The space has WiFi, streaming services, and complimentary coffee. This prime location is only ~20 minutes from Mount Rose, ~35 from the shore of Lake Tahoe, and ~15 from Downtown Reno.

Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Lovely patio outside. Fire and smoke cancellation allowed day of stay.
