15 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of the A5 and A26 motorways, on the Troyes/Chaource axis, stop at this charming Champagne guesthouse. Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 private shower rooms, 1 shared mezzanine desk. The toilets of La Chambre d 'Ici or elsewhere are on the landing and do not communicate directly with the room. I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.

Your room is located near the university center, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes.
