A wonderful accommodation for a few quiet days with friends or family. There is a lot of space in the house and in the garden around the pool and pool house, so also ideal for dogs and children on vacation. Quiet surroundings around the house and the beach in Geraudot is within walking distance. The street in front of the house is only moderately busy and, especially at the pool, no longer noticeable. The house and pool are very clean. In the kitchen, there are all kinds of useful utensils. The communication with Anthony was very pleasant and straightforward and he tries to respond to all requests to ensure that the stay runs as smoothly as possible. We really enjoyed the time on site and would like to book again if it fits again.

Jean Paul is very welcoming, he explained the specifics of the place, the area... very open to dialogue, his house is well-equipped, very clean and the area is peaceful by the canal I would highly recommend And Nigloland 10 min away, perfect for kids and family

We stayed at Anthony's place for the triathlon at Lake Der, 20 minutes away. We were warmly welcomed by her mom. The accommodation is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. Everything is there to make you feel good. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very nice shower in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the semi-covered terrace. Very nice cottage in the heart of the countryside, very peaceful. We had a great time with the family, quiet, close to Nigloland Park. Alexandre welcomed us warmly, took the time to chat.

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was full of comforts and we greatly enjoyed the pool and the jaquzzi. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and neatly maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. Hopefully we'll be back sometime.

This was our second time in the cottage: we had a wonderful time again! Beautiful cottage, very private, clean and tidy. Our night in David and his partner's place was great. They are welcoming and available to their guests. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and well arranged. Air conditioning is really a plus. ☺️ The bedding is great, especially after a long day of cycling. 😅 The setting is peaceful, relaxing and surrounded by greenery. The big positives: dinner offered at a ridiculous price and served directly in the accommodation, in this case on the terrace and then breakfast again homemade, which was excellent. I highly recommend this listing 😁

Thank you Elodie for this nice hosting. I enjoyed the accommodation on the occasion of the Bar-sur-Aube sports cycling. The accommodation was perfect and in impeccable condition and I was able to leave early without disturbing my hosts. The place is very quiet and easy to park. Lots of restaurants and bars a few steps away from the noise. Recommended!

Very good weekend at Patricia's who was very hospitable. Comfortable accommodation, very clean and compliant with photos. Be careful, however, if you are tall, access to the kitchen under the attic is not very practical. The air conditioning is a real plus and the little treats available for breakfast too. The Velux blinds are very blackout. Very quiet neighborhood and very discreet hosts. Street parking. We recommend it.

We used it as a pit stop on route to another destination and it was perfect. Raoul and Audrey met us on arrival and were so friendly and welcoming. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. They were really helpful when answering my questions and came back really quickly. Would love to explore the region more and stay again another time.

everything was perfect, beautiful environment, an outdoor area with barbecue, a home large enough for 6 adults and 3 children, clean, well-equipped, a very good welcome from the owners, very good address, we did not visit the cellar (lack of time)

We stayed at Julie and Jerome's place which was impeccable with all the features mentioned. The jacuzzi and terrace were particularly nice, especially in good weather. I loved the huge flat screen in front of the bed, perfect for a Netflix night. The area was nice and quiet, with plenty of things to do nearby. Julie is a responsive and very kind host, I recommend their accommodation!!

Anne Valerie's studio is in a great location for a successful stay. A terrace with ocean views, comfortable deckchairs to enjoy these precious moments. As for the apartment, we felt at home and left with great regrets. As it is a triplex, you have to think that there are a few steps to access the different floors. We will be happy to go back to this apartment.

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot
