In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gite de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 incorporating 6 buildings including 3 of dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a Solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfast and a Gite. Each unit has parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.
