We had a pleasant stay at this cozy little spot in Denver, NC. The space was small but just right—perfect for a short stay or a solo traveler/couple looking for a comfortable place to relax. It had everything we needed, and the layout made good use of the space. The place was clean overall, though I did notice a couple of minor spots on the bathroom walls and in the living room that could use a little attention. Nothing major, and it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable stay in the area!

This is a wonderful little house that is very comfortable. It is tastefully decorated and has a good amount of furniture without being cluttered. It is on a corner lot and having a driveway access on both streets is a plus and keeps you from having to back out into the street. Quite neighborhood. We stayed three nights and liked this property more each night.

Suck a gem of a home so close to Norman Lake. House was comfy, clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how warm, comfortable and bright the house was. There were instructions and suggestions on places to go and places to eat in the kitchen framed in stand up frames. The house was very cleaned. Nicholas had told us that he didn’t have time to mow the yard but it really wasn’t bad. We are familiar with the as we have family in Denver and I chose this house because it was only five minutes from our family’s house. Any questions we handled by text and Nicholas responded immediately. The house is located in a ver quiet neighborhood with lots of trees so when sitting on the front porch it felt very quiet. The neighbor even introduced himself when I was petting the cat walking around! All in all I would rent this house again and recommend it.

Cute, comfy home in a quiet neighborhood. Felt like home away from home. 10/10 will be staying again every chance we can.

Wonderful lake home, perfect for a family getaway and probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date. The house was exactly as advertised, stunning lake views, extremely well-appointed, spotless, easy check-in/out, and great hosts who were very responsive to all of our questions. My family enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer but loved the outside activities (firepit, kayaks and paddle boards) the best. A fantastic lake home.

New, clean place that matched the description to a T. Ravi was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in. Pets welcome a plus, the dogs loved the yard!

Traveled for work and it was close to hotels and food. I was able to work during the day and come back to relax. I needed to check in early and the host was very accommodating they let me check in at 10:45am even though early check in is 3pm. This was very helpful!

Minor snafu with the lockbox but good communication quickly resolved the issue. Great location. The condo was as described in the listing

I only have good things to say about this place! I worked with Margo (the co-host) on having our engagement photoshoot and she was very friendly and nice about the whole thing! Unfortunately, my fiancé and I weren't able to sleep overnight, however, we loved the place so much that we are so so excited to come back and fully enjoy every ounce of relaxation that this place offers! The hosts were so thoughtful that they even left 4 dog bowls for our 4 dogs SHOULD we have decided to bring them :) we ended up not bringing any, but the thoughtful touch & ease of working with them about the pets and shoot was one of the nicest and easiest I've experienced yet. One small heads up about the eco shared bathroom! It didn't bother us at all, but it seems to literally be a hole deeeep down in the ground with ground limestone (I think) powder to pour into it to cover after yourself. Honestly, I prefer that over any portopotty ever lol. It was SUPER clean. No complaints! Just different:) very eco:)

Dawn made everything so welcoming for my stay! The place was located in a convenient but private area. It was very clean and as described. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider it when I’m back in town!

Our family celebrated graduation at Kristen's place and it was perfect! Kristen communicated with excellent instructions, we had ZERO issues. She also checked in to see how everything was and the only thing we asked about were landscape lights around the pool area, which she immediately checked on and made them the college colors for graduation too! The pool was such a highlight to enjoy along with the backyard. The landscaping was so pretty. The house was clean and spacious for us rest and relax. It exceeded our expectations!

Linda was a phenomenal host! She was very helpful and responsive. The house made my girlfriends and I feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the grill and enclosed patio. The house was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to seasoning for the steaks we purchased. The neighbors to the left and right were very nice. All the rooms were spacious and clean. While we didn’t make it to the lake, we definitely plan to come back and that will be our first stop. Thank you so much Linda for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

It was a lovely weekend getaway eith my kids. Lots to do and easy to relax. We are so glad we found this place.

Was a great spot for the entire family. Our toddler had space to roam. The dog loved the sidewalks. Lovely place to stay.

The Elm is simply The Best !! We could not have asked for a nicer, more accommodating place to stay during our visit to Statesville, NC. Ron went above and beyond to make sure we were comfy, cozy and well taken care of during our stay. We just couldn’t ask for things to have been any better all the way around. The Peace and Quiet we found sitting on the Front Porch was priceless….. The Home is centrally located to Downtown Shopping, Restaurants and in very close proximity to the Interstate but far enough removed from it all that Peace abounds in abundance….. We highly recommend The Elm if you’re looking for a place to stay in and around the Statesville, North Iredell area. You won’t be disappointed with what you find…..

The property appears to have been recently renovated. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was great and well stocked with the basics.

The house was beautiful. My wife and i loved the house it was perfect. We also brought 1yr old pup Marvin 🐶 and he enjoyed playing in the patio area. We were in town for A family graduation and the house was located nearby everything we needed. The town was nice and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

I want to say this place was so at home. I felt we were in cabin and being rural, at the same time so close to whatever we needed. the surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so clean and equipped. My son loved the fact he could stay in loft by himself, and still being close to us. we loved to hear birds, and rooster singing around and we also meet some locals and neighbors; very friendly. Robin and Jay were so kind when I needed to talk to them and John helped me to find the local event, even though we didn't go (we had so much fun just being at cabin). Overall we loved, loved it and loved it. Thank you Robin and Jay for creating such a lovely place to stay in; felt so at home. Sarah, Jay and Benjamin

Our annual friend’s trip was so much fun. Beautiful lake views were so relaxing. The house was inviting, spacious and has everything you need. We would definitely go back!
