We were in town for a birthday celebration and Annie’s house was a perfect place to land each evening. The kids bedroom with toys, the bed rail and backyard made it comfortable for the little ones. She was a great host and super friendly. Thanks for everything!

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

The place felt more spacious compared to the photos. Adam was always responsive and helpful in accommodating some sleeping arrangements me & my party needed. Were in the Charolette area for tennis tournament and found the location close to highway to get around fast. And it was in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants. The kitchen had many coffee amenities which was cool to get kick started for the day. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks Adam for hosting.

This was our first visit to the Charlotte area- and Orlando gave us the opportunity to feel right at home. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in the area. Clean, comfortable, and a great stay all around.

Spent a long weekend at Angela’s. The location is great. We had a 24’ Tritoon delivered by CS Rentals. Fit nicely on the great dock. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including, games and some Basic food supplies. The photos accurately describe the house. Angela is very friendly and responsive. Lake Norman is a great vacation area with plenty of restaurants within easy driving and boating distance.

Our stay was good!! The apartment was alot tighter than what it seemed in the pictures. The kitchen space is tiny!! It was good for me and my wife, but it would have been a difficult stay for us and our teenagers.

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Linda was a phenomenal host! She was very helpful and responsive. The house made my girlfriends and I feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the grill and enclosed patio. The house was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to seasoning for the steaks we purchased. The neighbors to the left and right were very nice. All the rooms were spacious and clean. While we didn’t make it to the lake, we definitely plan to come back and that will be our first stop. Thank you so much Linda for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Nice escape from the city, very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the house was great! Ashley was prompt to respond and we felt right at home. The nearby shopping center was also super convenient for last minute needs.

Such a great house for several families and kids. Multiple gathering spots plus an incredible huge screened-in porch. Xtra large kitchen and island with perfect chairs for kids. Love the fenced in back yard and pool under the huge porch.

Our family gets together every year for a family vacation. We chose this lake house for its location as well as the fact that it had so many things to keep us busy, regardless on how the weather turned out. We loved the kayaks and the fact that multiple were provided. The access to the lake was amazing so we could fish any time. The home is beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail. The home provides board games for your family, floats for the pool, speaker for music poolside, among many other things. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake. The kids never complained about lack of things to do. We especially loved playing darts. It was such an amazing home that it got all of the kids off of electronics. We had an issue with the water and John was super responsive and fixed it right away. He was so responsive. The home is only minutes away from a large shopping center as well as a boat rental company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Stunning place by the lake - perfect for our family with small kids. We booked very last minute, and everything was great. Amy was super responsive and helpful, and sorted out some minor issues really quickly!

What a beautiful setting! Secluded as you could want and amazing lake front living. Christy is a very responsive host and has every detail laid out for guests. The inside of the home is full of character, with an awesome cabin feel, plenty of space, and a great kitchen! There is plenty of wild life and our stay was very relaxing. The only area of the stay that could use some attention/more effort, would be the stairs on the way to the dock, the beach area and the dock itself. Overall, we absolutely recommend staying here and making memories with your family.

Absolutely beautiful home! The views from the porch are just amazing. The house was spotless and kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect home for a family vacation. Nice modern furniture and bed linens were good quality and comfy. Jessica was very helpful with any issues we had and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!!

Hello everyone! I loved this home, my friends and I stayed here for a few days and we definitely felt at home. He made sure to reply back to us and everything else was just perfect!

Perfect! It was clean, very comfortable bed, full fabulous kitchen, fantastic bathroom! Micheal did the extra mile with snacks, drinks, coffee, fruit, cleaning supplies, even extras for the bathroom-q-tips, razors, soap, shampoo! I really enjoyed my stay, it’s a little out of town but was perfect for me. I mean who doesn’t enjoy a perfect yard and golf course with their morning coffee?! I’m sure I’ve left something out but I would definitely book again!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and this home was so perfect for us! Very clean, plenty of towels, comfy beds, large kitchen, dining, and living room. We loved all of the windows with views of the lake! We were happy with our stay and would definitely return again!

We loved our stay! The spacious layout of the house was perfect for a group, and it was great having our own dock and lakeside fire pit. Very private, quiet, and clean. John was extremely responsive and friendly with anything we needed. We highly recommend and hope to visit here again.
