Small studio, with a large patio, as described: comfortable, perfectly organized, very well equipped. Thanks to David's precise directions, we easily found the accommodation and had no problems parking.

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

We have visited many places but this one stands out as one of the most outstanding airbnb experience. Within hours you feel at home, you appreciate the great effort for details the host has put into the home. We enjoyed our stay with kids very much, the place and hosts just could not be better.
