Atypical appartment with pool at 15Mn of Beach

Fully renovated apartment set in a former wine cellar adjoining my early-1900s home. Direct access from the street via a small courtyard and three steps. Spacious dining area with a table seating six, a desk area, and a separate living room divided by a blackout curtain, equipped with a sofa bed (Maison du Monde), Orange cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen, complete shower room, and a bedroom with a high-comfort 160 cm bed. Private individual terrace of approximately 25 m² with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a BBQ. Access to the terrace is through the bedroom. The swimming pool features a poolside area equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, and a covered porch housing a summer lounge and summer dining area. It is accessible from the private terrace by walking around the property (approximately 20 m). The pool is available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In the evening, I generally use the porch, so if you would like to use the pool some evenings, we can arrange it on site.

We suggest you stop by our studio located in the small village of Trouillas. Fully equipped and independent studio. It is located on the ground floor of our family home. The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
