About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

Fully equiped kitchen which also has a fireplace. The entrance is shared with the hosts, who live downstairs. You dispose the whole upper floor yourselves. The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Lugnet i skogen

Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.
