Very nice house for rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. The summer cottage has been renovated in the last year, new bathroom and new kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms, one room with a double bed and the small room has a bed that is 1.20, can sleep 2 people. The house is close to Trosa city, a walk of about 15 minutes, but still rural, the house has no view, its own little green oasis. On the property, there is a smaller house with a double bed, (the little house does not have a toilet). No sheets or towels are included Cleaning is not included.

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

A few minutes' walk from Sörmlandsleden and Lake Yngen. 6 beds, two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Large social areas. Fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who want to cook their own meals, bathroom with washing machine. Patio with barbecue grill. Nature right outside the door – but only 30 minutes to Stockholm by train.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).
