After 20 all five star reviews of our house/rooms in 2024 we have decided to expand with an apartment. The new apartment is has its own back entrance: kitchenette, bathroom, living room (including bedroom with high standard double bed + couch (not for sleeping), and jacuzzi. Important: the apartment doesn’t give renters access to the house. Only fitted for 2 people.

The site is only 250 meters from Tromsøya's southern tip, with little light pollution from buildings. An excellent place to see the Northern Lights. Distance to the center is 2.3 km. It is 500 meters to a great hiking area in Telegrafbukta. Distance to a grocery store is 250 meters - to a bus it is 100 meters. Bus to the center runs every 15 minutes. The apartment is 128 m2, has 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and 4 separate bedrooms. The place is suitable for up to 8 people.

Gorgeous villa located 5 minute walk from the city centre with amazing view over the Tromsø strait and the peak Tromsdalstinden. The villa has a unique atmosphere with well-preserved details from the early 19th century. Tastefully decorated with all modern necessities and a newly renovated bathroom with bath tub. The villa is divided into two apartments, and this apartment includes the two upper floors. Usually our family of five lives here, and we are happy to welcome guests!

The house is located near the sea and has lovely views to the mountains on Kvaløya and Malangen. Great hiking and fishing opportunities, rich bird life, and nice flower beds. Good northern lights.
