Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 ( en dobbelseng er 1,20, passer for 2 barn)sengeplasser. Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes ...

Innegjerdet lekeplass rett på utsiden og innegjerdet fotballbane med lekekrok i samme gate.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.
