Casera Gottardo is a creative project that incorporates past and present. The casere were the deposits for the maturing of cheeses in the 1800s. Today it is a place where light and materials intertwine in a space that soothes those who spend time inside. The house is located a few minutes walk from the Naviglio Grande, the Darsena, Tortona area, etc., 10 minutes walk from the green metro (Porta Genova stop) 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, while remaining in a closed and silent street.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen
