Casa Castellone is surrounded by the green hills of Piacenza, located just 5 km from Pianello Val Tidone. The house, arranged on two floors, offers a kitchen with a wood-fired oven and basic appliances on the ground floor, the dining area and the living area boast two stone fireplaces. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, terrace and dedicated external bathroom and another with a double bed, single bed and internal bathroom. Outside there is a large terrace and a garden.

The Truffle House -Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Area

You'll have the pleasure of being the only guests at the property. Located in the Tortona Castle area, not far from the city center. Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
