The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. The organic holiday house "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both together for min. 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus ländl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It was optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy side.
