We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty,the body of water, the Opera,the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

Charming studio in the heart of the old town, next to the Cathedral, ideal for a tourism or business stay for a couple. Close to all amenities and transportation, with many restaurants and stores nearby, perfect for enjoying all of Metz's attractions to the fullest. Excellent new 140 cm bed and mattress installed in June 2026. On the fourth floor without an elevator, but it's good for the legs and the heart! Please note: there is no air conditioning, but there is a very good fan.
