Fully renovated mountain chalet apartment in December 2020. All the equipment is new as well as the furniture and paintings. A grocery store is close to the property. Access to public transportation (train) is available 25m from the apartment. We are close to Chamonix Mt-Blanc and the Emosson Dam. We have 2 ski areas that can be reached by train in 20 minutes. In summer our region is conducive to E-Bike and mountaineering.

An excellent stay in a very well located cottage in the heights to enjoy the beauty of the landscape! The hosts, who live above the apartment, welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. The space is big and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the toilet area and shower tastefully renovated. There is a very convenient rack for storing ski equipment. During the stay, chamois, roe deer and does were on the adjacent grounds at dawn as well as at dusk! The hosts were also present at our departure: we have wonderful memories of it!

I had a great few days at Anne and Patrick's place, hiking in late spring woods. Easy access to spectacular hikes - Loriaz, Refuge de la Pierre a Berard, etc (don't worry about leaving their area for other hikes, unless you really want to see other places). I was out & about all day, so didn't get much time to relax at the place, a small regret! A wood stove keeps it cozy, and the kitchen invites cooking -- you'll enjoy it!

Such a lovely, cosy, pretty, very spacious, spotlessly clean and characterful apartment. So easy to get to - a short, direct walk from the bus station - and situated just minutes from the main town but far away enough from the noise and crowds. The unspoilt view of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi are simply breath-taking. The fabulous ‘Childrens’ bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) was particularly charming and l spent lazy afternoons in here reading a book on the bean bags with the French doors open. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean, as was the spacious bathroom. I stayed here in May but l can imagine this place would be magical at Christmas time with the log fire burning! One thing to point out for access is there are a few steep steps into the apartment. Not a problem for me but just pointing out for those with access issues. Also, there are no blinds on the windows but l had no problem with that. Utterly delightful. Would stay here again.

The location was nice, the surrounding environment was nice, the accommodation was clean and great, and especially the terrace and scenery were so nice.
