Villa Rodica / Apartment Stol

The Stol apartment in Villa Rodica is intended for the stay of two to three people and is located in the attic of the villa. It is very pleasant and homely with many wooden elements and comfortable armchairs. It has a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet and another additional toilet. It is characterized by an unsurpassed view of Stol, the highest peak of the Karavanke Mountains. The view of Lake Bled and Bled Island is also breathtaking.

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

The windmill is a unique wooden house in nature. It is surrounded by organic apple trees. The mill is located in the heart of Slovenia, 2 km from the highway and only 25 km from Ljubljana, so it is an excellent starting point for trips to the surrounding area and Slovenia. 4 guests at a time and pets are welcome in the mill. The mill has electricity and drinking water. We have free parking for several cars at the site. We are extremely flexible with arrival times and available for more info.

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.
