Small patio with exit from the kitchen in the north. Balcony with exit from the living room in the south-facing position. Approximately 800 meters to the sea. Approximately 500 meters to an unmanned shop open 5 a.m. - 11 p.m. Approximately 10 km to Grönhögen, where there is an ICA, golf course, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and more.

Cleaning is not included!

Here is offered a house with a large garden and its own pool that you have access to. Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest store, pharmacy, restaurants and cafe. 30 km to a larger selection with several restaurants and stores (shopping center) 2.2 km to the sea where in summer there is a campsite with a small store, adventure golf and restaurant. Unfortunately, the beach and water look a little different there.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Stay in the idyllic Öland village of Vickleby, known for its creative residents and awarded Öland village of the year 2017. Less than 200 m away is restaurant Bo Pensionat and Capellagården, Carl Malmsten's famous art school. With alvaret just around the corner, amazing nature experiences are at your fingertips. The cottage, which currently hosts 2-3 people, has its own patio, kitchen and a very basic bathroom (outside access only) with shower and WC.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
