From the balcony, outdoor terrace or hot tub you can watch the surface of the pond with all its animal inhabitants with a glass in your hand... If you are lucky, a kingfisher will fly in front of you and greet you with its typical greeting :-) You can spend evenings romantically by the fireplace, or outside at a barbecue with friends or family... In the heat, the recessed heated pool will cool you down, where you can swim comfortably in summer and in the evening :-)

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

There is also a gas grill and a portable fireplace. Inside the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace stove, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.
