This well-equipped and spacious accommodation of more than 40 m2 offers a relaxing stay with its shaded exteriors. Located on the heights of Connaux, villages with all shops 1 hour from the sea, 35 minutes from Avignon and Nîmes, 20 minutes from Uzès and the Pont du Gard. It is located below our house but has its total independence with private entrance, its garden furniture without overlooking and plancha available. Bed ready on arrival as well as towels, tea towels, coffee, tea and basic groceries.

Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen on the 1st floor with a first independent bedroom in duplex: 160 cm bed, 2x80 possible, shower room, dressing room and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, small laundry room and, icing on the cake, a superb terrace with panoramic view of the village rooftops and the Church.

Ideally located, lovely stone village house with inner courtyard, swimming pool, not overlooked. 2-minute walk to the historic center of St Remy. Completely renovated this year, fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (180 beds or 2X90 Twins) each with their own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Linens are provided, sheets, bath and pool towels.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living area with kitchen, living room, interior courtyard, 3 terraces, ideally located "next to..." all the tourist sites of the region (Avignon, Uzès, Orange, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes...). Also next to swimming areas (Cèze, Gardon and Ardèche Valleys).
