C'è un ampio spazio esterno con barbecue e tavolo da pranzo. L'interno è luminoso e moderno, con cucina a induzione, frigo e lavatrice nuovi. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento garantiscono comfort. Il Wi-Fi è disponibile, sebbene la ricezione del telefono possa essere limitata. Un rifugio perfetto per esplorare la bellezza della Toscana!

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.
