The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

Elle héberge maintenant des amis, des artistes et des voyageurs de passage. Sans vis à vis et à deux pas du littoral, c’est un cocon idéal pour profiter de quelques jours dans le Pays Bigouden et dormir sous les étoiles. 300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

At the crossroads of the Bigouden, Glazik and Penn Sardin countries, the "La Grange" gîte, in operation since October 2021, is part of the Moulin de Kerguerhent estate dating from the 18th century. Its central location allows it to have the sea to the north, south and west between 12 and 20 minutes. This accommodation is unique in its exceptional environment on 4 ha, quiet and rejuvenating between forest, meadow and river.

My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin. In the garage, you will find bicycles for the whole family at your disposal.

Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
