The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

The house was built around the turn of last century and originally used as a 'lying-in' maternity hospital before the local hospital was built in the 1930s.
