This was our second stay in Sarnau and we enjoyed our four nights as much as our first visit. The property is just lovely. In a beautiful location. Peaceful but easy to get to places. It’s extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and with fabulous hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We find it a great location to do lots in the area and this time we visited the coast twice which is less than an hour away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

We loved our stay with Nick and Charlotte. They were very helpful and made us feel very at home in beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a long walk in the mountains!

Wow. Danny's place is beautiful inside and out. The hot tub was easy to use and the house was super comfy. Llanberis has everything you'd need and is a great gateway to North Wales. Something to do in all weathers.

Had the best stay, beautiful place Andrew had thought of absolutely everything and more. Everything clean tidy and very comfortable would definately recommend. And to top it all off the hot tub was so relaxing

We stayed with our baby and 3 dogs. Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed, including high chair and books/toys. Perfect location and beautiful surroundings. Paul was great to chat to and gave good local reccomendations for dog walks, beaches and places to eat. Hot tub was ideal as well!! Would recommend

The cottage is everything you could want. Clean and spacious with all you could need and great with secure off road parking and enclosed large garden, perfect for our dog. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Easy 15/20 minute walk down into Bala which has all the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely stay at Rhyd Ddu. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bath was perfect after a long day of hiking. The pub in the village provided excellent food and drink. Not far to Beddgelert for some other restaurants and about a 30 minute drive to Porthmadog for supermarkets. Excellent location for exploring north Wales. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely few days at Mison’s place. A really comfortable, spotless cottage with a fantastic view over the sea. The deck area is super and perfect relaxing or watching the sunset. Mison had left helpful local information, which made our stay even better by enjoying local eateries. We would all happily return to explore the area further. Thank you Mison.

We loved every minute of our stay here. The cottage is ideal, great location close by to everything you need. We did a couple of walks whilst we were here and they didn’t disappoint! Great Sunday lunch at The Ship and were lucky enough to hear some fab live music outside The Torrent. Would definitely recommend this place felt really homely and was well equipped. We had an incredible week at Eliza’s cottage with our two dogs. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a special place. The sunrises were breathtaking, and the night skies were perfect for stargazing — a truly peaceful escape from everyday life. The beautiful cottage was cozy and well-equipped and the large garden was ideal for our dogs, who absolutely loved the space to roam freely. One of the biggest highlights was the endless walking opportunities. Whether straight from the cottage or exploring nearby villages, there was no shortage of scenic routes to enjoy. And the beaches, all within a short drive, were simply stunning — some of the best we’ve visited in the UK. Eliza was a fantastic host—friendly and responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and if you're looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this is the perfect spot.

Great hosts for a wonderful holiday apartment. Reaching the accommodation was very well prepared in advance through detailed descriptions. During our stay, we could always turn to the hosts with any questions or concerns. Everything was clean and in good working order. The living and sleeping area was very cozy and inviting. A beautiful traditional cottage in Corris. Just 5 mins drive from the Mindfordd path of Cader Idris car park. Tea/coffee and sugar and condiments in the kitchen. Good selection of cooking utensils. Large bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Drawers. Cleaning products were useful as house was immaculately clean. Warm and cosy downstairs with a beautiful small outdoor back area. The sheltered spaces were super cute. Local Shop is only open Wednesday-Saturday. Quite little village, pub is 1 minute walk away.

What a brilliant fortnight we had - two weeks of warm sunshine. After a day out we would say 'let's go home' and that's what the cottage meant to us. Private, quiet, fantastic landscape, charming cottage with everything we needed. Cuckoos, ravens, buzzards, warblers, wagtails, and sheep with their lambs. Wonderful!

This little cottage was just amazing, In the middle of nowhere but really easy to get to the coast, the vies were out of this world so many walking tracks into the mountains around, the logo fire in the evening was so cosy will defiantly bring the family back

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Man hat einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft. Die Lage ist ideal um Snowdonia zu erkunden. Mark ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber.

Me and my partner booked a last minute trip here and honestly it was exactly what was needed and more. Such a lovely, cosy, clean and homely cottage and Sam/Michele were such lovely hosts. They provided us with all the necessary information and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Our stay was really great and the views from the garden were really good! Next time we’re back that way we’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you again for such a lovely trip.

The house was so clean, all the important things were thought of - extra towels, fire set up, everything you need is available. We loved the view, the garden was amazing - so big with lush views towards snowdonia - so nice for a morning coffee. We loved looking at the house renovation book and seeing all the love and attention that has gone into making the house perfect - the stone walls are amazing. A real Welsh cottage and with the added bonus of an extension and open plan kitchen dinner. We stayed because we had a wedding nearby, the owner/host recommended a local taxi firm and was on hand to help us and checked in with a message while we were there. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay - highly recommend.
