Cozy guesthouse in the community of Sommen

In our newly built guest house (2020) of about 40 sqm, we have used the space for socializing and company during the day that turns into 6 comfortable sleeping places at night. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with, for example, a combined oven/microwave, fan, fridge and freezer, and dishes for 6 people. In the house, there is a fresh bathroom with toilet and shower. On the veranda, there are chairs, a small table and barbecue. Guests are responsible for cleaning the barbecue. There is access to "own" lawn with garden furniture and trampoline.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

En hall med utgång på baksidan med trädgårdsmöbel. Gratis parkering. På gården finns grävda dammar, många mysiga djur, en gårdsbutik, där man kan köpa närproducerat. Villa Linnea

Välkommen till ett fantastiskt socialt och trevligt hus. Här finns plats för stora familjen eller vännerna att laga mat och umgås. Vill man spela golf så är detta ett utmärkt boende, Tranås GK ligger ett stenkast bort med en trevlig restaurang. Tranås har en vacker natur att vistas i året om, från Villa Linnea har du närheten till tallskogen och bad i sjön Sommen från gemensam brygga. Huset är nybyggt sommaren 2023 och trädgården är under uppbyggnad, där finns en generös altan i soligt läge.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
