Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

We loved The Old Piggery! It was very quiet, relaxing and private but very close to Lytham St Anne’s, Blackpool and transport links. Dale was very friendly and helpful. The property was spacious, well equipped, warm and comfortable. It was helpful to have a full kitchen. We would happily come again.

Tanya was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions. The space itself was very stylish with bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor space. It had everything you need for self catering. There was a lovely large comfortable bed and the hot tub was luxurious even having a gazebo to keep the rain off. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

excellent holiday home clean comfortable warm weather was really bad but everything was cosy shower nice and hot bedding immaculate lots of extras in sheds we didn't use them as did not have smaller grandkids with us and weather coffee machine great extras provided milk coffee beans dog accessories really apart from food and clothes everything there will definitely be back Donna easy to contact at could have stayed longer no problem
