You'll feel that when building, you'll be very attentive to healthy building materials. A good feeling is important. Our place is great for (love)couples, singles and business travelers.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Ski slopes and trails, lake Chiemsee, Salzburg and the Alps, all less than in 30 minutes by car. In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chiemgau centrally located in Traunstein. The apartment is only 900 m from the city square and 350 m from the main train station. Lake Chiemsee is 10 km away. The region offers numerous leisure activities. In winter, ski/snowboard in the Alps and in summer, go swimming in the mountain lakes. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in Chiemgau and BGL. The city of Traunstein has many delicious restaurants and breweries.

Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)
