Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Fancy a break with lots of nature, peace, clean air and sea breeze? Rebuilt/renovated in 2020, our house is located in a beautiful garden. Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury vacation home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Summer house at the Swan Pond

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The vacation home consists of a kitchen (15 m²) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m²) on the upper floor. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking, wallbox and bicycle stand on the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The natural log house near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms with two double beds each, a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, an open fireplace, a lush terrace with a Hollywood swing and a direct bike path to the Baltic Sea beach. With a walk through the nature reserve behind the house, you can reach the Achterwasser of the island of Usedom. We rent the house without bed linen and towels. A one-time cleaning fee is 80.00 euros

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
