In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
