Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The former Tagelöhnerkate was completely renovated in 2017. The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so it captivates with its half-timbered, the largely original preserved bricks and the thatched roof. The charm of the house is underlined by upscale and modern furnishings, such as a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Of course, only very good ceramics and natural stone tiles were used in the construction.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m².
