Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

You can use sauna, hot tub, terrace with water sunset views and delightful interiors. Perfect for couples, families and pets. Explore nearby Międzyzdroje, hiking, cycling, kayaking and beaches. Our small bungalow in Trassenheide is a true gem. 250 meters from the beach, you can relax here. It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: You must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels & tea towels. Self-cleaning on departure!

Discover our 5-star apartment in Zinnowitz. The garden area is completely fenced. The parking lot is also located on the fenced premises. The spacious living area of 128 m² is equipped with three bedrooms, partly with box spring beds. The fully equipped kitchen has the latest electrical appliances. There is a floor-level shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Wi-Fi and TV in all bedrooms are provided. Your dogs like to vacation with us.

Vacation home Mia 3

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

Cozy Swedish arbor for adventurers

Attention: no extra bed, 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child! I'm glad to hear you're interested in the Sweden arbor. This property has been lovingly restored. A 50-year-old Russian truck attachment, which is very cozy and is located in the middle of the garden, awaits you. Important: There is no toilet in the arbor. It is about 30 meters away. There is a solar shower in the garden, not for those who prefer warm showers ;)

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, but is also easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping is available nearby (supermarket with bakery, fish cart and meat counter). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The apartment on the ground floor is inhabited. A wallbox is available.

Our vacation home is located in the vacation resort Birkenhain on the outskirts of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and sheltered location. In the middle of a birch grove, on about 500 square meters of separate, non-visible property surrounded by a hedge, lies our idyllic Swedish wooden house.
