Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

You can use sauna, hot tub, terrace with water sunset views and delightful interiors. Perfect for couples, families and pets. Explore nearby Międzyzdroje, hiking, cycling, kayaking and beaches. Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: You must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels & tea towels. Self-cleaning on departure!

Discover our 5-star apartment in Zinnowitz. The garden area is completely fenced. The parking lot is also located on the fenced premises. The spacious living area of 128 m² is equipped with three bedrooms, partly with box spring beds. The fully equipped kitchen has the latest electrical appliances. There is a floor-level shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Wi-Fi and TV in all bedrooms are provided. Your dogs like to vacation with us.

Vacation home Mia 3

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Idyllic wooden house - Quiet location for families

If you want to relax after the stress of everyday life, enjoy your peace and quiet in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet cul-de-sac with a 30 km/h limit. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you will reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This section of the beach is very quiet, a small insider tip, because you cannot reach it by car, but only on foot or by bike.

Castle apartment Deluxe for 4 people

Arrive and feel good. Visit the castle apartments on the Kulm in the imperial bath Heringsdorf. Modernly furnished apartments with attention to detail and partial sea views offer you everything your vacation heart desires. Look over the spa architecture, take a walk on the beach and the promenade, because the town center is only a few minutes and a few meters away from the apartment buildings.

Far from the big city, our "Farmer's Cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here!

Central apartment – only 500 m to the beach Enjoy your vacation in a prime location! The cozy apartment has a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A separate toilet and shower are also available. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed – ideal for families or friends.

Shopping is available nearby (supermarket with bakery, fish cart and meat counter). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The apartment on the ground floor is inhabited. A wallbox is available.
