In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Meter via path to very nice and child-friendly beach in the forest. There is a playground and ball court in the area. Perfect for kayaking and sup tables, swimming, fishing and playing. During the summer, a larger tipi/glamping tent may be set up on the property The after-schools in Oure and Vejstrup are close to Elsehoved.

Sleep well. Cozy in the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Billing house in small Lejbølle town with the sweetest neighbors. New appliances; The fridge, dishwasher and stove are SMEG and the washer and dryer is MIELE. 3 wood-burning stoves for the coziness there are no heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Horse beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the nicest.

My accommodation is located 250 m from the water with fantastic nature and lots of wildlife. You will love my home because of the coziness, the tranquility, the outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. For Electricity, DKK 4.5 per KWh is paid. Settled after departure, where it is also possible and buy cleaning (500 kr.) 5 min (car) to the grocery store. 1 min (walk) to the beach.
