The view of the water can be enjoyed either from one of the terraces or you can sit on the shore and enjoy the sounds of the sea with your feet in the water. You can fish right from the beach. The house was built in the '60s, continually refreshed with e.g. renovated kitchen and bathroom with 4-person whirlpool from which you can also enjoy the water views. There is a steam cabin for 2 people. 4 bedrooms. The mezzanine is best suited for children as it is very small. Outdoor shower with hot water as well as a fish cleaning table and a campfire. For children there are swings. The house is heated with a heat pump, reducing the consumption of electric heating. Located close to the forest, the harbor where there is a really cozy environment - with harbor swimming, flea market and much more. The house has two children's rooms, a total of 5 double beds, 1 single bed and the possibility of putting both an air mattress and a folding mattress in some of the rooms. There is a toilet on all 3 floors and a bathroom on the 1st. floor and in the basement. Lovely, bright villa. Perfect for families with children.
