In our guesthouse, built in 2020, measuring approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet), we have used the space for socializing and gatherings during the day, which transforms into 6 comfortable sleeping areas at night. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with, for example, a combination oven/microwave, range hood, fridge and freezer, and tableware for 6 people. In the house there is a fresh bathroom with toilet and shower. On the porch, there are chairs, a small table, and a grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning grill. There is access to a “private” lawn with garden furniture and a trampoline.

Charming cottage in a quiet environment, Gränna, Tranås

The Nylyckan summer house is located in Småland in Adelöv parish, Tranås municipality, between Gränna and Tranås. The location is private, except for the landlord's house and a summer cottage, 600 meters from road 133 surrounded by stone walls, pastures and forest. About a 10-minute walk to Lake Noen with swimming and fishing opportunities (fishing license required). You live in a separate house of 75 sqm. The garden is shared with the landlord, but you have your own part of about 1000 sqm with 3 private seating areas. Patio adjacent to the front door. Parking is available.

Charming simple little house by Trollsjön!

A simple but nice house right by Trollsjön, just outside Tranås. Beautiful nature, large fenced plot (5000 sqm). Take a morning swim at your own dock and enjoy the nature. Walking distance to the city center and train station but still completely undisturbed location. The plot is shared with us, the host couple, who live in the other house. The garden is curiously guarded by our Boxer Bibi. If you bring a dog, we will of course make sure they do not disturb each other. Barbecue area on the rock, pizza oven by the lake, frisbee basket and trampoline on the property.

Cottage Uddebo, private beach and garden

Uddebo is located right by Rosjön and only 10 km north of the beautiful wooden town of Eksjö. The house is located on a headland out on the lake and has a unique lake location with lake views from all parts of the house. From the living room and bedroom, you will exit onto a wooden deck with stairs down to the garden and the jetty. It is a scenic and undisturbed location with houses nearby but not right next door. The proximity to Highway 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but for the vast majority it is not perceived as disturbing.

Nice red and peacefull cottage in Småland

Stugan ligger på den småländska landsbygden vilket innebär ett tyst och rofyllt läge. Bra läge för dagsutflykter till Gränna-Visingsö, Glasriket, Astrid Lindgrens Värld och Linköping-Göta Kanal. Trädäck på södergaveln med utemöbler för sköna sommardagar. We are hosts since sixteen years ago. You have the whole house for yourself. We want to give you a stay here, long or shorter, as you will remember. Many of our guests are returning guests. You can rent sheets and towels for 75 sek/person.

En dold pärla vid sjön Sommen där du kan ta en paus från vardagen, paddla i vår kanot, bada, fiska eller bara slappna av.

Here you live in a farmhouse surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees and vegetable crops. The house is in an older villa area, a ten-minute walk from the city center and the same distance to the nearest swimming lake. Country cottage with old-fashioned charm in a farm environment

Relax with the whole family in a beautiful rural setting with proximity to animals and nature. Åsen is located in Adelöv's parish on the Småland highlands east of Vättern. We, who offer this accommodation, are a family with 2 who live in the red house on the farm. We run a small-scale agricultural business with cattle, sheep and plant cultivation. We also have some chickens and 2 sociable cats that live on the farm.
