Budget accommodation, good for a one new night stay. The washroom does not have a door so be aware. Bath is a high step up for anyone with mobility issues.

Scott was first class. Anytime I had a question before my stay he came back to me within minutes. Allowed me to check in early. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Room was clean and tidy. Great stay

Raya was an amazing host. After needing somewhere else to stay last minute I found Rayas place available. Raya was very responsive and we quickly made arrangements for my booking she was very helpful and was there to welcome us when we arrived and offer local information to where we could go eat and have a look around. We had everything we needed and I would happily stay again. Thanks Raya for being a great host.

Lovely stay at this charming flat. The neighbourhood is peaceful and very close to Beech Road which has many pubs, boutique shops and restaurants. The downstairs bedrooms are quiet and dark for a good nights sleep. Beds/mattresses are comfortable which is often not the case in Airbnbs! Recommended!

The apartment was very clean and smelled great. The night view from the balcony overlooking the city was amazing. The pool table was a fun distraction.The sofa bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bedsheets were soft and luxurious. The tram stop is very close, making it easy to access the city centre. Shops are also nearby. Great location!

Giulio’s a great host, responded to all queries immediately and is so friendly. It’s lovely garden flat with a private entrance through the garden. Bus services to the city centre every 10 mins are really convenient.

This place is a little gem. A beautiful modern place to stay easy access and in a central location. When going to Manchester this is gonna be my go to place. Demi (the host) is responsive, reliable and friendly. A absolute superb place..

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.

Lovely, friendly and highly respectful host(s) who went out of their way to check in on me, make sure I knew how things worked. If I'd had longer to stay, I'd have invited them out for drinks and darts at the pub. Do recognize this is, in fact, a studio set-up: it's a single room cottage attached to their home. The couch (settee, sofa) folds out into a euro-size full. So if you want the sitting space, you will want to fold the bed away during the day. Kitchen is well-outfitted; I was able to shop to cook myself breakfast- my goal was rambling the hills and ate out only for supper. Hot tub surcharge is worth it for the hiker. Summerseat (the village up from Bury itself) is charming, hilly, and full of original structures. Residents friendly when greeted, respect rules of English footpaths. Definitely ask for rambling recommendations.
