Apartment located in the center of Trafaria, restaurants, café, butcher, grocery store, buses and, most importantly, a direct boat to Lisbon (Belém) when going down the street from the building. Some parts of the ceiling are sloped! It's on the second floor, with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, double bed and single bed, kitchen equipped with the necessary items, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica!

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

Nice apartment near Costa da Caparica beach. Quiet place, though very central: supermarkets, fish market, restaurants, cafes, bus stops and ferry nearby. During the whole year, you can enjoy comfortably your staying. The sleeping room has a double bed, and in the living room there is a sleeping couch, for a person. Apart from the beach, which is a surf paradise, the children can enjoy the playground close to the apartment, a public swimming pool and an adventure park.
