Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. The flat is located with direct lake access on Lake Ossiach, just 4 km from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn car park (Kanzelplatz 2, 9520 Annenheim) and 6.6 km from the centre of Villach (main railway station). On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
