단체여행객에게는 최고의 숙소입니다. 호스이스스키노역 6번출구에서 30초 거리에 위치해있고, 스스키노 니카상까지 도보 10분입니다. 숙소는 독채라 독립적인 공간이고, 쾌적하고 깔끔합니다. 2층에는 거실과 주방 그리고 세탁실이 완비되어 있습니다. 무엇보다 화장실이 무려 5개입니다. 정말 단체 관광객에게 최고의 장소입니다. 호스트도 물론 엄청 친절하고 응답도 빨리 해주십니다. 이번에 회사 워크샵으로 왔는데, 모든 구성원들이 대만족 했습니다.

The property is a duplex. separate entrances. spacious place (by Japanese standards). Great TV, couch, and kitchen. The layout is great with three bedrooms downstairs and living room and kitchen upstairs. Sufficient stuff for a couple weeks stay. Location is pretty quiet, but you can feel the subway trains upstairs in the living room. Great bakery 300 meters north.

人数変更などもありましたが柔軟に対応頂きありがとうございました。　 お部屋がすごく綺麗で家のようにリラックスして滞在することができました。　 アクセスも駅まで10分程度で利便性が良かったです！

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.

숙소의 호스트께서 정말 친절하셨습니다. 숙소도 혼자 머무르기에 너무 아까울 정도로 청결하고 넓었습니다. 주변은 모두 주택가로 한적하고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 가장 좋았던건 출입 절차가 복잡하지 않고 게스트가 원할 때 이동할 수 있었다는 점입니다. 다음에 오아사에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다. 정말 잘 머물렀습니다.

房間整體佈置的非常可愛溫馨且乾淨，房東對於房間與住宿環境的規劃及佈置看得出非常用心及細心，把房子當作自己住的一樣規劃舒適。謝謝房東

We had a great stay at Su’s apartment! Everything was as listed and Su is very responsive and flexible. The apartment is clean, spacious, and within walking distance to the subway. Su gave great local restaurant recommendations and even extended our check out time since there was no guest after us. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

深夜の到着にもかかわらず、オーナーさんが夜中の12時過ぎまで快く待っていてくださり、本当に感謝しております。和室のお布団もリクエスト通りに用意してくださって、心遣いに感動しました。 お部屋はとても清潔で温かみがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。さらに、状態の良いレンタカーも利用でき、とても便利でした。 丁寧で親切な対応をしてくださったオーナーさんに心よりお礼申し上げます。ありがとうございました！

部屋数が多い上にとても清潔で、快適でした。 また、歯ブラシやタオル類なども完備されておりありがたかったです。

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had the most wonderful time! We felt at home right away as the apartment was really cozy. Do take note that there is no lift and the room is on the 3rd floor. However, it was not a problem for us even though we had 3 suitcases. The neighborhood has plenty of food options, convenience stores, drug stores and supermarket all within walkable distance. Thanks to this apartment, we love Hiragishi neighborhood!

The place was accessible and the host made an effort to secure a parking space for us. For those not driving it is within walking distance from a station. But do note that you would have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. Other than that it was cosy and could comfortably fit the two of us.

Super cozy and in a fantastic area. Quiet and near Odori park and still very easy to get to downtown Sapporo. The staff were super clear and friendly. Check in and check out were simple. Would definitely stay again.

清潔で過ごしやすい室内だったため、連日非常に快適でした。

A little bit further away from the main tourist area, however it was made up by the spacious and comfortable unit, and the absolutely beautiful area it was located in. I enjoyed walking to/from horohirabashi station everyday. The host was very communicative and friendly throughout our stay, I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is staying in Sapporo for a longer stay and/or is looking to be away from the touristy areas!

大通やすすきのへアクセスがよく、清潔で、快適に滞在できました！

The building is a bit old, and I could hear some elevator sounds at night since it’s near the 1st floor. But the host kindly provided earplugs, and I actually slept really well thanks to the amazing mattress. The room was freshly renovated, very clean, and stylish. Shampoo, conditioner, and even the facial toner were of excellent quality. Also, it’s perfect for group stays—our friends booked other units in the same building, and it worked out great. Super close to Susukino and parking nearby is only 1300 yen per day!

Wir waren zu zweit in chens Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gefallen, Nur die Nächte waren etwas laut aber damit muss man rechnen wenn man in susukino Urlaub macht.

The room was actually bigger than I expected. Everything is super clean and the room was very nice. It was facing the ocean and I bet it would’ve looked even better during the winter. I also really appreciated having a bath that’s also facing that view.

위치나 가격적으로 최고의 숙소

房間內如图片一樣，整體感覺不錯，除了客廳那套被子有很大洗不掉油漬殘留有點礙眼，其它還可以，冰箱有簡單調味。 不提供牙刷，不提供洗衣液有點不方便😝

침구가 청결해서 좋았고 위치도 메인거리에서 가까워 좋고 베란다에서 운하도 보이고 호스트도 친절해서 좋았어요

We loved Yumi’s place. Two things stood out. First, the home itself was very nice. It is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The beds are comfortable. The bath area has a very nice bathtub. And the dining room has a welcoming, rustic table. The space is decorated very well, but is not cluttered. Second, the location is excellent. It is very close to a subway station. And it has both a Lawsons and a Seven-Eleven nearby. It is also right next to a large, beautiful park. We were lucky enough to book Yumi’s place during the Sapporo festival in the park and had fun checking it out. Being an unfamiliar with Japanese and Sapporo, I found the paid parking lots to be confusing, but eventually figured it out. Also the security door to the elevator was confusing. Yumi explains what to do during check-in, but I still had some trouble. Despite these initial setbacks, we had a great time and I would choose Yumi’s place again the next time we are in Sapporo.
