This is a quiet room that can be reached comfortably even in snow, 5 minutes by subway from Sapporo and 1-2 minutes on foot from Nakajima Koen Station. Even in the cold winter, the room warms up quickly! Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, making it convenient for long stays. There are several coin parking lots, making it convenient for getting around by car.　　　　Odori Park and Susukino are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing and gourmet. You can enjoy walking and running in the clear air of Nakajima Park and Toyohira River throughout the four seasons. Nearby Moiwa Mountain is a low mountain with a wonderful virgin forest, making it easy to climb. In the winter, you can enjoy nature while skiing, walking on the snowy mountain, and enjoying the night view, refreshing both your body and mind. 　We tried to eliminate synthetic chemicals and artificial fragrances as much as possible. nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you.
