Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. 25 m2 cottage in the countryside, parking, tranquility, 12 km from Nevers, Magny-Cours circuit (10 km) close to the Sancerre vineyards. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
